We'll have an information table, volunteers to help you fill out an application to foster or adopt, and, of course, we'll have WIENER DOGS! Nancy Mills will have her beautiful new handmade NDR "Waiting for a Home" rescue dog themed raffle QUILT to show off and sell raffle tickets for. If you haven't seen it yet, you should stop by and take a look at this WORK OF ART! We'll have our photographer take some pics of it so that we can post them here for the next M/G that she'll have it at.

March 13, Saturday Omaha Dachshund Playgroup

Omaha Dachshund Anonymous Playgroup Pawz Pet Services 8114 Maple Omaha, NE 68134 991-3104 1:00 - 3:00PM $5.00 per Family You can come for the whole time, or just stay for a little while! Cheri checked into the parking issue and thinks we have some good solutions! The snow is rapidly melting opening up their back parking lot which opens up quite a few extra spaces! She also researched nearby parking lots and thinks we have a decent plan of action. Check back for an update before the Meetup. Pawz Pet Services is run by Nicole who is an NDR foster and her partner. Pawz is located on the North side of Maple Street and is a little tough to find. You can't turn into their driveway heading east on Maple, so you need to be heading west on Maple, and turn into a little driveway right after a house at the top of the little hill and right before a gas station at 81st and Maple. If you are at the gas station (or pass it), you've gone too far and need to turn back. The little driveway doesn't look like it will lead you to the right place, but it takes you just off Maple and to Pawz. The phone number is 991-3104 if you get a little lost finding it and need more directions.) All wienies and wienie-mixes are welcome! Well-behaved children are welcome! (running and screaming brings out the GRRR in our feisty wieners :) Join us for the fun and help socialize/exercise your wiener!
