Star City Parade in Lincoln, Nebraska - Make-a-Wish Kids Meet Our Kids
This year's Make-A-Wish event was a HUGE success!!! I honestly have NO idea how many people we had there, but Peg told me about 8 large families and I don't think she was joking!!! :-) I personally want to thank those that helped make this event such a huge success!!!!

Alan Ortmeier - my hubby for the willingness to help me out when I volunteer for things, carrying bags, keeping my head straight and for the muscle at the door!!!

Carla Chapman and her dog Annabelle Lee for providing a beautiful dog for the kids and for taking pictures!!!

Sara Farrand for helping with the baskets, taking pictures and providing muscle at the door!! hehehe!

Bitsy Longan for helping with the baskets, set up, and dog wrangling!

John Longan for helping with set up and tear down and for just being an all around great guy!!

Helen Saathoff for helping with baskets, set up, tear down, and also providing muscle at the door!!

Peg Kirby. This event wouldn't take place if it wasn't for her!!!

Kelly Todd and her rescue dog, Mikey!!! Thanks for helping out with dog wrangling and providing a dog so that the kids can enjoy them!!! And thanks for driving all the way from Omaha!
